Bambi Farmstay policy

Please read the policy caefully before booking. All the guests are requested to adhere to the policy mentioned here.

At Bambi FarmStay, we are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have established the following policies:

Reservations:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking and payment.
  2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is  10 AM, and check-out time is 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  3. Guest Information: Guests are required to provide accurate identification and contact information upon check-in. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before their scheduled check-in date without incurring any cancellation fee.
  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 13 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
  3. No-shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not provide a cancellation notice will be considered no-shows and charged the full amount of the booking.

Refund Policy:

  1. Full Refund: If a cancellation is made within the stipulated cancellation deadline, the guest will receive a full refund of the booking fee.
  2. Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 13 days of the scheduled check-in date, a partial refund will be provided after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
  3. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused portions of the stay.

Additional Policies:

  1. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
  2. House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules, including noise restrictions, smoking policies, and other property-specific regulations. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a refund.
  3. Minimum Stay: 1 Night is the minimum number of nights required for a booking. Shorter stays may be available upon request.
  4. Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly farmstay.
  5. Lost or Damaged Items: Guests will be responsible for the replacement or repair costs of any lost or damaged items during their stay.
